A new reciprocal Work and Holiday agreement has come into effect between Australia and Peru on 1^st October, 2017. Citizens of Peru can now apply for Work and Holiday visa to Australia, and same thing can be done Australians.

With the help of this particular Work and Holiday arrangement, applicants can stay in the country for up to 12 months for a holiday or to undertake short-term study course or casual work. According to recent reports, Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) will be uplifting the age from 30 to 35 years for candidates applying for a Working Holiday and Work and Holiday visa to Australia.
